Wow! It is hard to believe what we have accomplished this first month of school. We have completed our first math, reading workshop and writing workshop units. We have worked on establishing a healthy classroom, learning about the butterfly life cycle, and have studied the weather. Hard to believe we actually had enough time to have fun too!!!
The highlight of the year so far has to be the amazing addition of our SMARTBOARD. We do our whole morning routine on the SMARTBOARD, as well as phonics, math and science lessons. This has completely changed the way I teach (and for the better!!) Hopefully you will get to stop in sometime and see the SMARTBOARD in use!
